A sophisticated architecture company with a growth and expansion plan on the horizon approached us to perform a third-party audit of their existing IT infrastructure.
Executives and board members at the architecture firm wanted reassurance that their aggressive expansion would go smoothly. We were given a four-week deadline to complete our evaluation, as management needed to prepare for a shareholders meeting. To begin, we conducted extensive interviews with end-users, all management and the internal IT staff at the firm. We then examined and cataloged all hardware, wiring and infrastructure, and evaluated connectivity in the firm’s remote offices. Our evaluation led us to some surprising conclusions, which we included in a detailed report offering suggestions on how to avoid certain growing pains as their company expanded. Our suggestions required significant changes on management’s part in order to successfully execute the firm’s expansion plan, but the determined managers did not shy away from change. The firm implemented high-level policy changes, wrote a thorough disaster recovery plan, strengthened IT in their remote offices, and thus had great news to report at their shareholders meeting. Brainband offered an invaluable consultation for a modest cost, that showed the executives of this company that what lay beneath an innovative architecture firm was actually a sophisticated technology company. Congratulations to OmniPlan for their continued successful growth! |

Gatlin Education, an e-learning industry expert, wanted to use their distribution network to expand and sell other vendor’s courses.
A sophisticated architecture company with a growth and expansion plan on the horizon approached us to perform a third-party audit of their existing IT infrastructure.
Harwood International owned a large office tower with a restaurant in the bottom floor, which serviced four neighboring towers.
With a rising popularity in social media outlets, Brainband wanted to create something to stand apart from other products and software.
